RAPCAN

Retired Airline Pilots of Canada

The Retired Airline Pilots of Canada (RAPCAN) is a non-profit organization created to achieve three principal aims; to assist pilots in their transition to retirement, to foster continued camaraderie with their peers through monthly luncheons across the country, and to provide assistance, guidance and (non-legal) advice to members and surviving spouses should they encounter administrative "difficulties".

Membership is open to any Canadian airline pilot who has reached the age of 50, has a minimum of 15 years employment with any airline under CARS 703, 04, 05 and who is within two years of their planned retirement. Currently, our members have flown with over 85 different companies, organizations or Air Forces.
